My cell phone usage
Today, the cell phone has become an indispensable tool in our daily lives. We use it to communicate, inform ourselves, entertain ourselves and even to study or work. However, its constant use has also raised concerns about possible dependency.

How often do you check your phone?
I usually check my phone several times a day, especially when I'm waiting for something or have free moments. When I wake up, the first thing I do is check the notifications, and before going to sleep, I also take a look at it. Sometimes, without realizing it, I spend a lot of time looking at the screen.

What do you use it for?
I use it mainly to stay connected with my friends and family through messaging. I also use it to check information, watch videos, listen to music. It's a very useful tool, but sometimes I find that I spend more time on it than I should.

Do you think phone addiction is a serious problem?
Yes, I think it can be a serious problem if left unchecked. Phone addiction can affect our relationships, our mental and physical well-being, and reduce our productivity. While the phone can be a useful tool, it is important to know when to disconnect to avoid falling into excess.
